Took my 2020 Ram 2500 in for exhaust system replacement and couldn’t have been happier with the results. First off my Ram is lifted 8” and it’s very hard to find anywhere trustworthy that will service a truck lifted more than 2”. They assured me that they service lifted trucks all the time. It was confirmed when I pulled into the lot to drop off mine and saw another truck that had At least a 6” lift on it for sale in the lot. Pat the service manager walked me through every single option of what I could replace my exhaust system with. He asked me what I wanted, I told him I wanted it loud and noticeable but not obnoxious. He pointed me to the Flowmaster American Thunder. I absolutely love it and couldn’t be happier with the result. I got exactly what I wanted. He also pointed out things later on down the line that if I wanted to, I could have them do as well. Since I did tell him I am looking to upgrade a few things on the truck. No pressure, no sales tactic, just gave me 4-5 different quotes and options to keep in mind. They have my business as long as I have this truck. Which will be a long time.

Always nothing but the best from everyone in service! Pat is fantastic in communicating what is needed and how urgent it is and keeping you updated. These guys are the best of the best. I have been in automotive car repair for 40 years. 7 of those years was as a top producing service advisor. This shop is by far better than any shop in the state of Minnesota. They are straight to the point. Their prices are reasonable, and their technicians are the best of the best.
